May You Be Loved

I grew up in a very loving family…not a perfect family…but a very loving one. I was adopted, my twin sister and me and the serendipitous way that all came to be reinforces how much I know I am deeply loved by my family. A day doesn’t go by when I don’t feel their love radiating to me across the miles and from beyond. So when I did today’s practice, my phrase “May You Be Loved” felt very important to share, even down to the way cool millipedes I’ve been noticing on my hikes (the birds really love them)!  My wish is for all beings great and small to feel the love of connection of our hearts and souls leaning into one another.
