Thank you for the insight; I thoroughly enjoyed this podcast. I am a college student who has recently started a blog focused on my journey through meditation, and I’ve often found myself asking questions about many of the topic you all discussed. Particularly, finding my purpose (which, I feel many millennials question in one way or another), the significance of intention in actions, and the way kindness is viewed in the millennial generation. I completely agree with the idea that kindness is something we crave but are lacking in many ways. I think it’s unfortunate, as Sharon mentioned, that it is often seen as a “secondary virtue.” To me, it is something simplistic that holds so much value.

    I’ll definitely be listening again!

May all beings be happy ♡
