Urszula is also the President of the Southeast Biofeedback and Clinical Neuroscience Association. Her specialized program, Mindfulness-Based Biofeedback, has been published and widely applied from hospitals to classrooms around the globe.

In this conversation, Sharon and Urszula speak at length about techniques for working with pain by applying mindfulness, compassion and biofeedback. Urszula also leads a 12-minute guided meditation practice as part of this episode.
