Navigating New Territory

After an emotionally trying year – starting just about the time I began Sharon’s “Real Happiness Meditation Challenge” in 2016 (for my first time) – I’m excited to be taking the challenge again, and involving members of my family as well this time. I’m also happy to be blogging about our experiences this year, as we navigate through new territories in our relationships, new relationships in our space, and new spaces in ourselves with meditation, compassion, and practice. Our goal this year is to focus on self-compassion and self-forgiveness, as we wander towards a more complete happiness, and away from common and unnecessary stress, angst, fear, and unhappiness.

I look forward to providing reflections and observations and hearing about others’ as we travel.
