Day 8: I’ve listened to the day 7 meditation several times. Dividing the world into “breath” and “not breath” is such a basic task and yet so challenging. Today’s focus on moving meditation, is a little harder since moving is so fundamental to daily life. I like the idea of pausing and breathing before a shift. That seems doable and like it could increase overall body mindfulness. We’ll see.
I feel better attempting this daily routine of meditation challenge. I have only missed one day and then put extra focus the 2 following days.
I want my blogs to be more interesting than they are. The experience of waking up and doing this meditation challenge is stabilizing and complex. It’s hard to convey all that so I’m letting this be as it is. Happy Saturday.
