Published May 28th, 2016
Boundaries and time for self-care are essential elements to feeling whole, healthy, and, ultimately, able to do good, sustainable work. That’s where self-compassion comes in. We aren’t collapsing into hopelessness, but rather accepting and acknowledging the challenging aspects of our work.
