I left it late today and so I did not get the full benefit of the practice itself but I am glad that I made the commitment to do it every day and that it seems to be sticking so far. I will let this one go and be ready to begin again tomorrow!

I have noticed an increased focus and a small but persistent turn to positive thinking these last few days—it’s exciting to be able to notice these things in the midst of otherwise difficult circumstances. I end each blog about my meditation with a genuine enthusiasm to keep going & that’s both novel and motivating.
