Interesting: how many opportunities throughout the day to shift awareness to the breath, how the breath helps me to ‘let go’ of the distraction ‘du jour’, how some of the daily opportunities return for additional processing.
Surprising: exploring concentration and shifting this word to a verb, very effective for me, the mindset of stabilizing our attention, to recapture some of our scattered energy, and to enhance our ability to let go gently. With kindness towards ourselves, to begin again. Thank you @SharonSalzberg.
