Today brings us back to the magic moment of when we catch ourselves drifting off during meditation. That’s the moment of awareness. Sharon again reminds us to be kind to ourselves and practice lovingkindness towards ourselves. This practice of being kind to ourselves helps us deepen our relationship with lovingkindness so we can share it with others.
This month I’ve had a lot of things come up that has interfered with my meditation practice time. However, I have been kinder to myself – and meditations like this one have helped me strengthen that practice.
