Yes – it’s one of those days where I can say, “Oops, I didn’t mean that”. In yesterday’s post I noted how the meditation was wrongly numbered, etc. That wasn’t the case. Instead, 2 meditations were sent and I only saw Week 8 (yes I should clean my glasses). The practice we focused on in this meditation related to increasing concentration. I enjoyed hearing about how to focus on “not water” and to remember how simple it is to return focus to the breath if you get distracted.
