I ended up having to do today’s mediation at work before everyone got here. I wasn’t sure how it would go. It was better than expected. I used my headphones, and did find that I was able to relax and find my breath quite a few times during today’s lesson. I was able to relax, but not too much. I combined the sound meditation from a few days ago with my breath. I believe it is possible to use meditation techniques in any environment.
