Whether you are new to meditation or looking to refresh your practice, don't miss the opportunity to study with one of the world's leading authorities on the practices of the heart and mind. The program is based on Sharon's New York Times bestselling book, Real Happiness, and covers a broad spectrum of techniques to give you the tools to live with greater ease and joy.

Practice

Starting February 1st, you will receive a daily email lesson from Sharon that includes a teaching, a guided meditation, the tip of the day, a frequently asked question related to the practice, posts from the community blog, and a transcript of that day's meditation.

Deepen

Support your practice with virtual online gatherings each week. Led by highly experienced meditation teachers, each video livestream discusses the week's teaching and practices, offering you a chance to ask questions to clarify and deepen your experience.

Participants have the option to share their experiences by keeping a personal diary on Sharon’s website. These posts offer an honest peek into the life of others who are engaged in practice, deconstructing many of the expectations we have for our own process.
