I sat for a few minutes and listened to the second day meditation. This meditation would be perfect for a work day, while I am trying to meditate in my office! My house is quiet, and outside of the hum of appliances and the snoring of my cat, I didn’t get to ‘use” what I heard.
I think I will come back to this one during the work week and practice hearing sounds in an observational and non-engaged way. It sounds like a wonderful lesson to learn so that meditation is more successful.
