Simple Breath

Like seeing a silver lining flash behind a dark cloud, a ray of light pierce through a dim space, a rainbow materialize after a storm or a sweet baby smile, these temporary phenomena can quickly and easily shift my emotional state. They are magical to behold. They also occur in a split second and if I am not paying attention, will be missed. I am learning to tune my internal receptors to catch similar changes in my emotions.

By doing so, I am hoping to discover triggers that cause me to react in certain ways allowing me to examine what I need or let it go.

Sometimes a simple breath is all I need to let it go.
