This is my second year doing this 28 day challenge, but its been the third year since Sharon and this book has entered my life. Three years ago, I saw Real Happiness on sale and thought, “Oh, I’ve been meaning to get into meditation and maybe this will be good.” It made meditation so accessible. The teachings came through so easily. Every year around this time, I am excited to do it all over again. It is a commitment to sit and pause, a commitment to myself.
