Sharon’s last thoughts to us this month are helpful ways to stick to a daily practice. Dedicate 10 minutes a day, maybe five. Thirty seconds right before bed.
So, what IS stopping me from a daily practice? That will be my practice—to be aware of that inner wall. To explore it—not to find a way around it, but to see it, feel it. Allow it as I ask: what is this thing that says no. Not now. Meanwhile, sitting anyway. Despite it. For 10 minutes, maybe five. Thirty seconds right before bed. There is absolutely nothing to lose. And so much to gain.
Leaving this monthly challenge with the virtual sangha with deep thoughts of gratitude to all and especially to Sharon as she continues her journey of healing.
