I recall from last year that this was my favorite form of meditation. I have been having issues with my asthma lately. But to listen to the sounds in my home (furnace, wind blowing, wind moving the shades on the back sliding door, etc) are all quite comforting to me. Even the bus driving by is relaxing to me. And today the sound meditation helped quiet my lungs after I took my medicine. Whilst not completely at rest, the lungs quieted themselves, too.
