Sounds good to me.

Since the first time I heard Sharon introduce a meditation with sound I have used it as an entry to my meditation. I am lucky to be outside of a city and I hear the birds and the cicadas, yes and the flys. It is summer here and very peaceful, which helps with the grief of losing my cat.

The flys remind me of my mother; she would politely ask them to leave, and they usually did, without spray or swats.

I have been doing some mindfulness intro work with youth, 12 and 13 year olds so far, and I start with a sense scan, which starts with sound. It is very effective in bringing me and them to place.
