sounds on a Saturday morning

it’s quiet in our house and the only sound I heard during my 20 minute meditation was the crackling noise of the woodstove downstairs.  As I noticed the sound, I felt my posture leaning in, tilting forward and down towards the stairs, then a reminder to notice but not chase, readjust the posture, back to center, awareness without engaging.  the mind reacts, but so does the body
