The Breath that Connects

The breath is a reminder that we are all on the same team. Each breath we take shows us that we are connected, and together we create an interwoven quilt that creates our world. Thus, the breath not only serves as a safe haven that we can always return to, but also as a gentle prompt to find the common ground and interconnectedness between one another. When we retreat to the breath during interpersonal difficultly, the breath tells us to slow down, recognize the shared common ground, and work from our centered and true self.
