Three mind-filled breaths!

We’ve all been there. In a daily interaction with a client, family member or complete stranger and we are ‘triggered.’ Our mind begins to flood with negative thoughts and our ‘fight-or-flight’ response is activated. Now we have a choice of how to respond. When you find yourself in this space – breathe. Open yourself to the opportunity to enjoy three mind-filled breaths.  Practice #RealHappiness meditation and become more aware of each breath. Grateful for this challenge.
