I’ve been able to keep up with these, and for that I am thankful because it’s been a particularly busy week. I am tired though, and that is noticeable in how I feel. Should I meditate when I am tired? Of course, but it means that I might fall asleep or feel sluggish afterward. My main goal this month is to practice everyday. I want to see if I can figure out when is the best time to practice. And then do it.
