Walking Meditation Pt.2 (Day 11) – Mindfulness of the Body (Week 2)

Sharon has definitely made me look at walking practice in a different way this week.

I couldn’t really wrap my head around how one could be both truly mindful & also not get hit by a car or fall down the stairs. 🙂 Again, as a naturally clumsy person, I need to bring a certain level of awareness to my limbs for walking practice to be successful for me.

I wouldn’t say I am deft at walking meditation yet, but I see the benefit in flexing this muscle to build the skill for the future.
