Walking Meditations

It was too cold to go out, and I have already walked a bit around the house a bit, so now I will blog. It occured to me that I do this type of meditation often during my day. When I am outside on my runs on on a walk, I do pay attention to how my body is moving, if there are areas of aches and pains that need releasing, but I’m also listening to nature around me.  The birds calling bring me much peace.
