One of the sweetest parts of this month has been Sharon’s opening timbre of Welcome Back. A continuum, the middle of a play, another verse. Each day has felt like another run on a no-fault, no foul playground.
It’s been such a joyful month of exploration for me, and I wonder if anyone else has had that experience with their meditation. Not that I don’t have issues with my inner critic, but with the diversity of approaches, amidst the gentle admonishment to simply notice, begin again, I’ve felt so much space with little fear of failure.
When our 28 days conclude, I’m intending to go back to the beginning and start again. Welcome back.
