Winding down

Week, day seven. I can’t believe that our 28 days are almost over! I feel I’ve learned so many new techniques when it comes to meditation. I know that I’m still going to get frustrated and lose focus but I believe I will be able to get back on track. I’m also proud of myself for blogging about each meditation session. It may not have been on that same day but I still discussed it. I’m making plans to continue my practice.
